Should you invest in Scipio Aemilianus?

Scipio Aemilianus is one of the strongest rallying commanders in the Rise of Kingdoms. Now, should you invest in him? It depends on your goal and what other commanders you have. If you are a player who is rallying a lot or you are a pay-to-win player, then you should definitely get Scipio Aemilianus.

If you are free to play or a player who is not focused on rallying, then you should not get him. Only get him if you have William Wallace or Liu Che, because these commanders will give you better value if you are a free-to-play player. Scipio Aemilianus is extremely powerful, so you will see him in a lot of KVK and AOO.
