Rise of Kingdoms Review 2024 – Is Rise of Kingdoms good?

Rise of Kingdoms Review 2021

The guides you’re about to read on this webpage have been written from my personal experience of playing Rise of Kingdoms for more than two and a half years. Before we dive into details about what makes Rise of Kingdom the best mobile game on the planet, I’d just like to say that I am by no means affiliated with Lilith Games.

Rise of Kingdoms is Game like no other

Rise of Kingdoms

Trust me when I say that you won’t be able to find a mobile game like Rise of Kingdoms. It’s the first mobile game ever that allows you to control troops exactly how you want them. Furthermore, if you look at some other mainstream mobile games, the only thing that you can really do is attack and defend.

You can’t move troops or position them like you can in Rise of Kingdoms. There are many other things that make Rise of Kingdoms the best mobile game available, but just this single “infinite movement” feature will change your mobile gaming experience completely, especially if you are coming here from other mainstream mobile games like Lord of Mobile.

So, what makes Rise Of Kingdoms so good?

There are many factors that contribute to Rise of Kingdoms being a good game, but the most important factor is the community. It’s friendly, and you’ll make a lot of new friends while playing Rise of Kingdoms. Events, game mechanics, historical commanders and civilizations, and developers who care about feedback are some of the factors that contribute to Rise of Kingdoms being a good game.

Friendly community

There’s always someone to talk to. The majority of Rise of Kingdom players are extremely friendly, regardless of their backgrounds. You’ll discover genuinely great communities on the official Rise of Kingdoms Discord, Reddit and Facebook groups. Check out FAQs from the ROK community.

Events

Rise Of Kingdoms events

Lilith Games is really putting in its best effort to release events so that the entire community can gather together to have fun and enjoy a great gameplay experience. Kingdoms vs. Kingdoms and Arc of Osiris are two of my favorite events, but there’s plenty to choose from.

Game mechanics

I’ve already mentioned this in the intro text, but I can’t stop. They are simply that good. I could dedicate this entire blog to ROK game mechanics, but there’s no point. Just go and download Rise of Kingdoms and see for yourself just how great the game mechanics really are.

Historical Commanders and Civilizations

Historical Commanders and Civilizations

In almost every game, there are champions or heroes who are not historical figures. One of the great games that have champions who are not real historical figures is Mobile Legends, and you can check champions at Mobachampion.com. In Rise of Kingdoms, Every single commander in this game is based on actual historical figures. From Cleopatra and Hannibal all the way to Richard and Lancelot, Real history, true lore, and glorified civilizations.

Getting Better Every day.

As with all global games, there is always some bug or problem that needs to be solved. But both the response and update times are extremely fast. I’ve experienced the good and the bad on my own. You should’ve seen Rise of Kingdoms when it was first released.

There was no free troop movement, nor events like KVK and Ark of Osiris. The two core features were expeditions and killing other players in your own kingdom. Fast forward to today, and you end up with the best mobile game the world has seen, and there’s a zero chance you’ll get bored playing ROK.

ROK developers care about feedback

One of the most important things on my list. Lilith Games cares deeply about the community and its feedback. There’s a section on Rise of Kingdom’s official Discord where you can post what you’d like to see implemented and changed in the game.

Since I’ve started playing, there have been a lot of features that the community had requested, and are now available in the game. Rise of Kingdoms redeem codes are also being created by developers when they reach a certain milestone, which will grant you free items such as gems.

Pay to win Problems

A lot of people will tell you that ROK is a “pay-to-win” game and the answer is “yes,”  but that’s not such a bad thing, to be honest. You have your kingdom and alliances. Every 3 months, you will be fighting other kingdoms, so it’s important for you to have big spenders within your alliance.

What benefits do you have from big spenders? The big big spender will step up and defend you against other kingdoms, and you will work together to get that victory in the KVK event.

Everybody wins even if they don’t pay.

One amazing thing is that when people spend money in Rise of Kingdoms, you also get alliance chests that contain speedups and other rewards. This alone will elevate your progress to a great extent. Even though the big spenders are going to have an advantage over free-to-play players, that’s not a bad thing if you are a player like me.

I embrace that challenge and if all of us have the same power, the same commanders, and the same troops, then what’s the point of playing a competitive game? Fighting players who are stronger than you will only make you a better player in the long run.

Overall great game

If you don’t try Rise of Kingdoms, you’ll end up missing a lot. Please stop looking for other mobile games, because you won’t find a game like Rise of Kingdoms. Believe me, you won’t regret a single minute of the time you spend playing. Thank you for taking the time to go through this review and understanding my opinion when it comes to the Rise of Kingdoms. Have a nice day!
