Hermann Prime is a new legendary archer commander in Rise of Kingdoms with an Archer, Versatility, and Support talent tree. Hermann Prime is an extremely strong hero for open fights where you will be able to hit multiple targets but he is definitely not a good hero for doing 1vs1 battles. The reason for that is that you will not be able to get enough poison stacks. If you do not understand, simply read Hermann Prime Skills down below.
Should you invest in the new legendary Herman Prime?
Yes, you should invest in Hermann Prime. He is a strong archer commander but before you invest in him you need to take a few things into consideration. First, do you have a good pairing for him? Do you have enough archer units? Do you have good gear for him? If you decide to invest in Hermann Prime you should be careful how you use him. This commander should only be used for big fights in AOO and KVK, where you will be able to deal AOE damage all the time. Also, be careful when you are using it, you will get focused a lot so you can quickly fill up your hospital. Overall, he is a great commander, but he needs some testing.

Hermann Prime Pairings
Zhuge Liang
Zhuge Liang is a great commander that you can pair with Hemann Prime. Zhuge Liang skill also deals AOE damage and they will provide a lot of bonuses, health, damage, etc. Together, they work really well. For this pairing, you will use Hemann as the primary commander.
Yi Seong Gye
Hermann Prime paired with Yi Seong Gye is one of the best pairings in the game for open field. The reason is that they will output an insane amount of AOE damage. Also what is great about YSG is that he has a lot of rage generation so Hemrann will also be able to use his skills more often. Now you can use the Yi Seong Gye talent tree but we recommend that you max out Hermann Prime and use his talent tree to get the most out of this pairing.
Tomyris
You can pair Hermann Prime with Tomyris but this pairing needs testing.
