In Rise of Kingdoms, Belisarius Prime is a legendary cavalry commander. He has the Cavalry, Versatility, and Mobility talent trees. Belisarius Prime is a great commander for open-field fighting, hunting enemy farms, and disabling enemy commander rage. His main role is to disable targets and to be mobile.
Should you invest in Belisarius Prime?
Well, there is no straightforward answer to investing or not investing in Belisarius Prime. If you are a free-to-play player, then you should not invest in Belisarius Prime. The reason is that other cavalry commanders are much better than him and will provide you with more value.
If you already have the best cavalry commanders, then you can invest your sculptures in Belisarius Prime. Keep in mind that Belisarius Prime does not have AOE damage, so he will not be that great in big fights. In a big fight, you will be attacked by a lot of commanders, so disabling the rage of a single commander will do nothing. Do not use him for big fights.
He is specifically designed for swarming objectives, hunting enemy farms, and disabling the rage of enemy heroes. If you are playing AOO, then definitely invest in Belisarius Prime. His movement speed is incredibly good, which is useful for taking the Ark.

Belisarius Prime Pairings
He needs to be tested, but for now, pair him with Huo Qubing or Justinian. Belisarius Prime’s talent tree is pretty bad, so use him as a secondary commander.
